I highly recommend leasing with the chestnut place if you’re looking for somewhere to live! The rooms are very spacious with good storage for all your stuff and the common living area fit me and my roommates comfortably. Everyone who works there were very friendly and helped right away if we had any troubles. Definitely recommend!

I love living here! I moved in the beginning of my sophomore year with all three of my best friends and I couldn't be more happy with this place. The staff/management is super nice and accommodates to anything you need in a timely manner. They're always doing giveaways on their socials and always interacting with their residents. By far the best off campus housing, I have no complaints.

I love living here! With everything that’s happened since before the 2020-21 school year started, I am so thankful I chose to make The Verge my home! Perfect location to campus and Uptown, spacious rooms, bathroom, and living spaces, and ideal living conditions! Wouldn’t want to be living anywhere else!

I love living here! The staff is incredible and will be there right away if you need anything. These apartments are at a great location, right outside of campus! It also has a bunch of storage space, especially in the bathrooms. I highly recommend living here!

Chestnut has a nice location and good floor plans. Parking is not guaranteed and you do have a bunch of additional fees for rent and electric. Still a great place to live especially as a junior. Oxford housing is tough and they have okay prices and little work on your end to make sure your utilities don't get cut off. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues.
