I wish I didn't have to write this review, but unfortunately here we are. I have no issues with this rental company with regard to pricing, location, general quality, etc. My issue is that when you need something fixed (such as our broken air conditioning in a 90 degree heat wave) they do not keep to their word on when they will have a maintenance man come by. The maintenance man has not only not come by the day he was supposed to, but I have tried to reach the office during their standard summer hours and no one has picked up multiple times. Consider somewhere else before you get sucked into a mess like this, it's so sad because I wanted to love this place and the rental company.

I have to say that South Campus Quarter offer some of the most modern and most conveniently located units on the campus and the office staff have been a pleasure to deal with... All the units I have seen are well maintained and offer contemporary styling... Beautiful properties...

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAMMERS. By far the worst experience I have ever had a rented. Save your time, money, and energy, and rent from one of the other reputable and HONEST leasing agencies in oxford. They will charge you hundreds of dollars for absolutely no reason. Parents, save your hard earned money and have your kids rent elsewhere. They are awful people to deal with, they won’t fix anything in the homes, call back, and will claim things are damaged for no reason. Save your money and avoid South Campus Quarter like the plague.
