I've really enjoyed my time living at Fox and Hound and wish I found out about them sooner!nnBoth of the property managers I have met (Krista and Kyley) are so helpful, polite, and friendly! As are the two maintenance guys I've met— Larry and Bob. I had a couple maintenance issues that happened while I was living there and they were fixed very quickly; it was hardly an inconvenience.nnI agree with a lot of the things people are saying— having indoor access to the mailboxes is really nice.The office is organized. The hallways are always clean. I also love how close the apartments are to Kroger, McDonald's, and TJ Maxx.nnHowever, my favorite amenity was the pool!! It was always so clean. In the warmer months my roommate and I went swimming almost every day and we loved it.nnOverall, Fox & Hound is a great place to live, you get a lot for the affordable price, and all of the people who work there are kind.

Fox & Hounds apartments is one of the best apartments in Oxford. I cannot recommend this apartment enough. Apartment manager (Krista) is very nice person. She always takes care of things promptly and professionally. The rent is affordable. The location is very good if you are working for Miami University, only 5 minutes from campus by car. I wish the on-site washers and dryers are better but you can always go to nearby laundry service.

I lived here for a year and a half through graduate school. It is a great location, the buildings are clean and quiet, and units had plenty of space. Management is awesome-they were always so kind and responded quickly.

I am a graduate student from Sri Lanka. My roommate and I moved into our apartment at Fox and Hounds in mid August of 2019 and so far our stay here has been great. Since day one, the management has been incredibly reassuring and helpful towards us. The location is probably one of the best in oxford as the apartment buildings are right in front of the U3 bus route (campus route) and a five minute walk away from the grocery store. I cannot emphasize enough how important this is during the winter time in the absence of a car! The units are spacious, reasonably priced and come equipped with the essentials. The building has its own, separate laundry unit and a parking lot. Overall our experience has been great and I would recommend Fox and Hounds apartments to anyone looking to live in a quiet, hassle free environment.

I have lived at Fox and Hounds apartments for over a year now, and I can say that it is a good place to live. The apartment I live in is older, but it's really large for the price. I love how big my bedroom is and it's set up nicely. Krista, the landlady is very nice and is always willing to place my packages in my apartment because I am not home during office hours to grab them. The downside of Fox and Hounds is that there is no washer/dryer in unit and it is expensive to pay for laundry and water/sewer every month, among all the other bills. A lot of the washer/dryers are always out of order and it makes laundry really annoying. Another negative of living at Fox and Hounds is that many residents will leave shopping carts on the sidewalk directly in front of the doors, which is extremely disrespectful and irritating. Overall, Fox and Hounds apartments is a good place to live if you want a lot of space for a good price, and a wonderful landlady.
