I moved to Oxford from a totally different country and I was very skeptical about the residence at first. But Ryan made the journey super easy and comfortable. Oxford West Apartments is an extremely convenient place to live as it has every necessary store around you and the house is great!

I like Oxford west apartments cause the Office service attitude is very good, anything will be the first time to inform me. The living environment is also great and quiet. I like Amanda a lot. She helps me with different issues and she speaks Chinese! She is the best.

We got a lease here SUPER last minute when Miami releases sophomores from their contracts. The staff (especially Austin— he’s awesome) is super helpful and friendly. We’ve had quite a few maintenance issues (nothing major though) and the apartment was extremely dirty when we arrived, which was frustrating, but they’ve always been incredibly helpful and fast to fix every issue, so we can overlook that for the affordability and decent location. The maintenance staff is great too.nAnother thing— they’re not out to get you like some other places apparently are. To my knowledge, they’re not going to fine us through the roof for every little nail we put in the wall or any minuscule scratch in the floor.nThe unit itself is older and thus a little creaky and drafty, but I also like that it feels more like a real home than other student apartments (but it does still have good updates). Also— I’ve visited friends at most of the other student complexes in Ox, and I will always stand by the fact that Ox West has the BEST parking.nI definitely recommend Oxford West to my friends who are looking for a complex that is affordable, reasonable, and trustworthy. We won’t be renewing, but that’s only because we had already signed next year’s lease when we moved into this place.

My daughter will be a first time apartment renter! She will move into Oxford West on Saturday:) I can’t comment yet on the facilities, I can, however, comment on the service! Ryan and Lexi have been AMAZING! Lexi was so helpful and informative when my daughter and husband were frantically searching Saturday for a single apartment and made them feel at ease! Ryan, the leasing manager, is awesome! He was SO helpful with securing the lease option we needed and answered ALL of my many questions in a timely and thorough manner! She can’t wait to get moved in! Thanks Oxford West!
