It's always a pleasure dealing with Della and CKC. I have sent 3 kids to Miami and have used Multi Rental Companies. Della and her team are by far the best to work with and very accommodating. They handle each matter one by one and are always flexible and take great care of our young adults!

My daughter rented a 4 Bedroom Apt (3 roommates) from CKC RENTALS in 2019/20, I found all of the dealings with Della Rumpler/Manager and the Maintenance Staff lead by John Corcoran to be exceptional, knowledgeable, responsive and very professional!nnThe Apartment, Building and Grounds are beautiful, roomy and well maintained. I rented an apartment my junior year and a house my senior year. 2 years, no issues. Management was surprisingly organized and polite. Considering some of my friends’ experiences renting in Oxford (not good), CKC seemed like the best bang for your buck.
