They have been replacing roofs recently. When our cars needed to be moved, they taped signs to all relevant doors. This time, they did not, nor did they send out an email warning residents. Just started towing cars. I'm very lucky I was at breakfast when they started.

They took 450 dollars from my friends and I between 3 of our applications fees, and called the very next morning after we applied to say all of the units were gone. The girl told me when we applied (the day before) that there were still units left. So why did they give our unit away right after we applied, and without refunding us?? They barely offered an apology, and we still haven’t gotten our money back after calling and harassing for days. Different staff told me different things, totally unprofessional and disorganized.

Maintenance was my favorite thing about the commons. They are never annoyed with your request and will fix it immediately or the next day. Office staff are super nice and very helpful.

I lived here for a year. The office staff and maintenance crew were very nice but the office staff often was not able to help me with issues I was having from an administrative standpoint. The management was disorganized and my roommate and I often got incorrectly billed for things like lost keys we had turned in. When I went to get my security deposit back (2 months of rent) they had already removed a portion of it for my last electric bill without my consent. Additionally they added on extra charges for keys that did not ever exist. When our apartment flooded because one of their ground lines busted, management wanted us to go find friends to stay with rather than stay in a hotel. While I enjoyed living in this apartment, I would warn future tenants of the inefficiency of the property management and the complete lack of communication between the corporate portion and people running the offices.
