Great service and food! Italian salad dressing best ever. Large portions.
Let me start by saying that we love LaRosa's and have never had a problem at any other branch (hence the 2 star instead of 1). The Oxford branch seems to be really struggling lately though. On Friday we ordered boneless wings and both mine and my husband's were entirely raw inside. We called and they credited the account for just the cost of two wings. We used the credit today to order the same and I only received 9 of my 10 wings and one of them was raw. So not only are they struggling to cook, they're struggling to count. Very disappointed.
Ordered dinner for my daughter at Miami University and her roommate. They were beyond ecstatic. I was worried about the amount of food. And both of them said that their pasta dishes were huge. They are both athletes and I was pleasantly surprised! Thank you so much!
It's not even the store, I've updated my information a month ago on the website and tonight while placing my order, I called bc it had been over an hour, and they had all the wrong information, even tho before placing my order everything g was correct.. I'm so mad at having to keep going through this it's the 3 time...
This larosas is great because it has a pick up window. I have a buddy card and every time I use it to get the free cheese pizza the sauce is so scarce it ruins the pizza. I have even asked for extra sauce while ordering and it’s still dry as can be. I don’t think they should offer a buddy card if they don’t want to offer a decent pizza with it!
