Had appointment today for me and my daughter. Recieved several reminders of our appointment. Today was a snow day for us in Indiana so got a babysitter so we could still make it to our appointment. Lo and behold we get there and guess what our appointment was cancelled because of the *snow day*nBut no one communicated with us. No one canceled, no one rescheduled. I dont care if they cut hair for the queen I will never be back. I'm out money for a sitter, time, effort, etc. Would give zero stars if I could.

I scheduled an appointment through Fresha/Facebook with this place. I booked for a $25 dry cut and when I showed up the stylist just started shampooing my hair -- OK? I rolled with it. I told her about a half an inch of hair, I look on the floor and an inch of my hair is on the floor. I accept that I'm apparently getting a cut and style as she proceeds to style my hair -- but she never asks me how I want the hair styled. Additionally, during the haircut she gossiped with me about the woman sitting in the chair next to me -- I don't know about you, but that seems really unprofessional. So at the end of the cut I get charged $32 for a haircut instead of the $25 I signed up for.nnTo make matters worse, she literally cut my hair uneven. Pics below of my hair pin straight and obviously not cut well. How hard is it to do a blunt cut? I'm really disappointed about this because I know many people who go to this salon and have really positive experiences. Won't be going back.nn**UPDATE 4/6/21: The stylist contacted me and issued a full refund**
