Great people there quick service. Saves me time in my busy life. I can leave work at 5pm get a haircut and be home by 5:30. Great stuff
I went in for a trim and they began cutting my hair before I could say what I want. The lady cut nearly all of my hair off, when I only wanted to get rid of split ends and let it grow healthier. Now I have to wait months to fix this and they even parted it on the wrong side of my head.
The problem isn't with the hair stylist or cleanliness it's the way it's managed. I don't know if this is from the owner or store manager. Last year my 80 year old mother waited 90 minutes to get her hair cut. She didn't know how the system worked but they should've informed her. I check in using their app, get to the location and had to park in front of the library. Walked there, checked in, looked around for a chair to sit where I was informed they don't allow sitting in the waiting area which is understandable. I was informed I could go back to my car and the would retrieve me or I could wait outside the store. I broke my ankle in 4 places while on the us army. I have a bad right knee and right hip which make it very painful to walk at time. I don't have a handicap placard anymore since it recently expired. I called the great clips in Hamilton where they at least supply 3 chairs in the front of the store for it's customers to sit. Hardly any parking available. Just the worst great clips I've have ever been to. I've been to many across the country but never this one again.
