Attitudes Uptown

Such a great place to get a haircut in Oxford! I didn't want to wait to get my haircut until I went home in May, so I decided to try Attitudes Uptown. Sadi did an amazing job and is so friendly. I definitely will be going back to her for my next cut! I got exactly what I wanted and was done in less than 25 minutes! The salon was very clean and very safe too. If you are looking for a place to get a haircut, Attitudes is it!

In March, I went into Attitudes to get my hair touched up by the owner, Mona, and was extremely disappointed with the results. I showed her multiple photos before she began the hair dying process. Half way through I became concerned with the coloring since I have gotten my hair dyed countless times and showed her the photos again and asked which one my hair would look most similar to. She hesitated and realized that what she was doing was NOT like the photos I had showed her. She proceeded to bleach my hair even more (causing extreme damage and hair loss later on), dried it, forgot to cut it and curled it without asking how I wanted it to be styled. She curled it with a straightener, leaving many kinks and overall looking horrible. While paying, I alerted the stylist/owner about how I was unhappy with the color. She proceeded to make me pay for my damaged hair and I left the salon crying. I ended up having to call a stylist from another salon to help fix it. The other stylist (that I traveled one hour away to get to) was startled by the horrible job that had been done but was able to blend my hair and correct the color without causing more damage. I contacted Attitudes multiple times since the appointment and barely received any messages or calls back. They didn't offer me a refund and my hair is extremely thin now. I am so disappointed and would highly recommend staying as far away from this salon as possible. I paid almost $200 for damaged hair...I am still waiting for a refund.nnI have attached pictures of the 3 inspiration photos I showed the Attitudes owner as well as the results of her dying my hair.nnMy hair was so healthy and thick before this appointment and it is going to take so long to get back to how it was before...I am very disappointed.
