Pretty sure the guy behind the counter needs some customer service training. When asked a question by a customer, it is your job so find an answer, not to be a jerk because you don’t know something as simple as to why you’re over charging for a meal. “It’s the register” should not be a sufficient answer. Cover your beard while making food, smile, and don’t be an a** or put the blame on your manager just because YOU can’t do your job. Simple life skills and something this location is lacking.

Any time I come to this place there is only one person working here. I guess they cant keep this place staffed. Its always during peak hours too. Came in around dinner rush at 6:30 and only one person working the counter.
