I had a great experience with my family. Soon as we walked in a young man by the name of Jaydenn( Host ) made us feel very welcome. He want above and beyond to make sure that we were properly seated and had all our menus and beverages. He truly made the difference in our dinning experience. Great Job
Very good food and excellent service.
We had a blast birthday celebration at Red Robin. One of my favorite American Restaurants. Staffs are friendly and often check on customers to make sure we had what we need. Burgers are excellent as well as french fried. My favorite drink strawberries lemonade. One thing I wished the Burger with arugula and sun dried tomatoes is returning to the menu soon.

The Issaquah location is horrible, there was 4 of us, my husband my two kids and my self. My daughter is 5 years old nad have a medical condition. According with the governo's proclamation, kids under 5 and people with medical conditions are exempt to wear a mask. We have been to the Covington and Renton location and never ask for my daughter to wear a mask. So, we go enter the restaurant in Issaquah, and we were greeted, and asked how many in our party. We were about to be seated, the manager came out of no where; and told us that my daughter needed to wear a mask to enter the restaurant, he was rude and very disrespectful. I explained to him that she was 5 and had a medical condition, he said NO you cannot come in if she doesn't have one. He discrimated against my daughter for having a medical condition. We left, we can go expend our money somewhere else. I was very disappointed, we are never coming back to the Issaquah location.
