I’ve gone here multiple times now and it’s always just a wonderful experience. Today I went with Ashley, and she was able to give me my spooky nails to perfection. Everybody is always professional and clean. The place itself is just beautiful and an overall great experience. I’ve tried multiple nails salons in the area and I can seriously say this is the best, great prices too!!

Extremely upset with this place. I’m in the area and was looking for a quick wax during my break and the women who waxed me completely burned and ripped off a layer of my skin. She continued to wax me a second time and told me I just had sensitive skin. Extremely unprofessional place. Besides the upper lip, I went in the next day to show the damages to the staff and one women speaking to me continued to laugh at the fact that her coworker burned me. I went to the hospital to find out I have second degree burn.

Love the decor and clean, modern look. I was hesitant to get my nails done during the pandemic. However, they were great. I was not worried or stressed at all throughout my experience. They also did a terrific job working the plastic dividers into the space. Bb gave a great pedicure and powder gel manicure. I will definitely be requesting her next time. She was meticulous with the manicure. My cuticles were especially dry and gross.

I thought long and hard about writing this review, as I really want the business to thrive, but I feel that I had to because I've had incredibly painful issues with my nails since my last gel manicure there. Almost 2 months ago, I got a gel manicure and asked for a thin gold line on a few for a decoration - they had it on a sample swatch and I thought it would be nice. Anyhow, they suggested to use a metal tape instead of painting with a gold polish and I said ok. Turns out - the metal tape kept peeling off when she was applying, and the technician kept applying more and more layers of gel top coat and curing to get the tape to stay. I finally left after several coats of gel (she put more top coat on others I guess to all have same thickness). Within a couple of days, my nails started to hurt and throb, terribly painful! I researched online why my nails hurt after a gel and found one article where they mention too many coats (and maybe if all are different brands - which mine were - they used different brands for gel and clear coat) it can cure and shrink and add pressure. The pain was so significant I could not keep the gel on a minute longer and soaked and removed at home. It took a really long time as there was so many layers. Unfortunately my nails were extremely damaged by the pressure of the heavy layers and the shrinking of the gel on my nails. I had tons of redness/bruising under my nails and the nails had lifted off the nail beds. I had to buy Maleva products from amazon to repair nails, and I showed my nails to the pharmacist in town who told me to try a sally Hansen repair product too, and cut them down as short as possible as the lifted nails kept catching and ripping down further. I've been barely able to use my fingers well because the nails hurt so much. I just need to warn people to watch the amount of coats with gels, and make sure they use the same brand for the gels and other coats. I don't know what happened, but it's caused me a lot of pain. I've been getting gels for over a decade and this has never happened before. I'm really hoping that over time my nails will reattach properly to the nail beds, and I don't have lasting damage.

Such a cute, clean new nail salon in larchmont. I have been there a few times and have had a great experience every time. I get a pedicure and manicure with gel polish and it always lasts awhile!
