We recently moved from Greenwich to a new location about an hour away. We were uncertain whether or not to list our property, and if so, which agency. My wife and I met Gloria through an unusual circumstance. Our neighbors were aware that we were interested in selling our home, and new a couple that was interested in it. It was through this couple that we met Gloria. Great things happen unexpectedly. Gloria sat down with us right from the start ( This is the first time we have ever sold a home ) and explained everything to us so even we could understand. Gloria was in constant contact with us, usually by phone, unless we were unavailable, then by text or email. But the thing is, is that she was always in touch with us, no lack of communication by any means. She took us step by step through the many hoops that had to be jumped though, by us and the buyer. Gloria kept us informed on when things would start moving quickly and had us prepare for it. The whole process went without a glitch. She was with us during all the inspections that were required and kept the communications open, between us and the buyer and the lawyers, no secrets. Everything stayed on schedule, met the expected deadlines and closed on the house on the date that we were hoping for. The story continues. Gloria helped us find the house we were looking for, walked us through that process, plus arranged for a house inspection, walk through and the closing! Definitely one stop shopping. I`ve read recently that moving is one of most stressful things a person can experience. Not the case, and we thank Gloria for that.
