Newbrook Gardens

Looks like a very nice place to live. The maintenance is very good. As I was at a open house I noticed the carpet was totally new, the entire co-op was repainted, and overall the place was nice, seemed cozy. My only gripe is the shared laundry. Covid-19 makes shared laundry machines a suspect situation. Quiet place also. People appreciate quietness once you're home.

Nice place to live in, good maintenance and get immediate response from rental office if anything has to be fixed.

Nice apartments for rent or sale.

Friends live here, nice place seems like there are alot of families. Never saw or heard of any major altercations at this place, the only thing is most of the units are outdated as they are privately owned. Has a security detail all night to keep people from lingering around causing trouble and one side of the parking lot closes, preventing anyone from escaping after foul play. Havent really experienced anything out of the ordinary here just a regular apartment complex.
