Taco Bell

This is the worse location ever!! The line is always out the parking lot, and if you parked in the lot, you'll be stuck there for awhile because of the line of cars not moving. This place is also really dirty and gross. Everyone should be fired and the building should be knocked down and rebuilt in a better location with new staff trained by corporate. If your not in a hurry your best bet is to head to the Exit 15 store.

Lobby closed due to covid which is totally understandable BUT that should mean things move quickly as you have so few orders at a time well you would think so at least but it took 25 minutes for me to have my order taken, pay, and get my food. Once I got the food it was wrong. I ordered 3 soft tacos add tomatoes and 3 crunchy tacos regular with 2 cups of water but I actually received 6 soft tacos with tomatoes and 0 crunchy tacos. I tried multiple times to call back only to be answered by a loud fax machine blaring in my ear. Avoid this taco bell!

The food was good. But they were really busy and they forgot to give us half the order. Instead of going back through the drive thru I called and they brought the other half of the order out to the car.

so much better since they got rid of the creep of a manager and some of the druggies, the new manager is the absolute sweetest. Not quite sure of her name but she’s usually there at night and shes definitely going to get this location up and running the way it should be.

Food was good , hot and fresh. I would say the new menu items are a improvement.nI will be back to try again. You need to improve the width of the drive thru. It's narrow and the turn to get out is to sharp. I know if I got curb rash on my rims it would cost you more then it would to fix the issue. I am a member of many car clubs that want to eat there but won't through your set up.
