Look Lash Lounge

First time getting lash extensions. The gal was so nice and professional. Very friendly. Answered all my questions. It’s been 3 weeks since my set and I’m just now looking to get them filled in. Lashes held up to a 3 week motorcycle trip wearing a half helmet and sunglasses and then burning man dust storms!nShe did a great job. I’m looking to set an appointment again as I write this.

Carlena is awesome and is very good at what she does. She works with you to decide on which type of lash will work with your natural lashes as to preserve them and keep them strong and healthy. She is professional and fast with applications. I came 20 minutes late to my appointment due to a car crash in my path of travel and she still managed to put all the lashes as she would for my full appointment. She works hard, is funny, kind, and straight forward. The parking is tricky but if you read through the emails they do send you will be able to figure it out. It is worth the service she provides! Lena is the best, you won’t regret it.

This place is absolutely horrible. I'm upset with myself for even coming.nRude, unprofessional, robotic staff. They show up late, double/triple book appointments, don't reimburse you for their faults.nI'm new to the area and booked an appointment here to test out their quality of work. I show up and my lash technician is nowhere to be found, I call her numerous amount of times.nAfter waiting 30 minutes and 20 phone calls in, she finally responds via text saying she booked someone else during that time because I didn't respond to the confirmation message (the message specifically says NOT TO RESPOND!)nShe then rescheduled with me for the next morning at 730, and no call no shows again!! I am hurt an upset that I went all out of my way, wasted time & money TWICE. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

The building is incredibly weird, there’s surrounding building but they all say that their parking is for their customers and you will be towed if you park there so that leaves like 10 spaces for parking so i had to wait for park then I had to figure out how to get into the building. I called several times, i’m talking like 8 times, to get help and all my calls were forwarded. Then they charged me $90s for being a “no show” without telling me. Before I scheduled the appointment someone told me how bad their customer service was but i chose to give them a chance, terrible decision!! Don’t waste your money here. $100 that a high school student works hard for down the drain.

Do not go here. I've seen Christina, she is great, very professional and her work quality is the best. She provided a comfortable and serene environment. Unfortunately I heard she was not there anymore.nI booked with Carlena, started late then took a break coming back she reeked of marijuana, she talked the whole entire time. She charged more than what I already paid on Groupon without being able to get a fill, and that was my first time with her. The professionalism and environment set was unacceptable. I recommended a friend to go, unknowingly Christina wouldn't be there and not knowing carlenas service, Look lash lounge lost 2 more customers in the future.
