I am really upset! Two months ago I went in for a fill and within four days three of my nails lifted. I held them together was super glue until about a month ago when I went in and they told me that they were lifting because I needed a new set. I’ve been wearing nails since 1989 I’m a licensed cosmetologist myself and believe me I know when I need a new set but I went ahead and allowed the girl to give me a new set. Once again the nails lifted. I went back this last Sunday because I was missing five of my ten nails...Once again I was told that I need to have a whole new set. I know I didn’t need to do sad because I just got a new set but I went ahead with it because I was already missing five nails. At the very most that should’ve cost me maybe $30. I just looked at my bank statement and I was charged $80! No joke! I am highly upset. I have called and left several messages and nobody will return my call I’m about to file charges

It was my first time there and they did whatever that wanted not what I asked for. 3 people came in with a broken nail to be fixed. All said it was within 3 days of getting them done. They were not busy but still turned them away.
