Seemed a bit arrogant via email communication. Didn't really adress my inquires and wasn't very helpful. Won't be using this business and will go where it's more welcoming.

I wanted to schedule an appointment for laser hair removal. My doctor referred me to this particular clinic. I called and spoke with some woman who came off very rude. I tried talking to her explaining that I am Transgender and wanted to get laser hair removal and she was complaining how I have too much noise in the background when i was in my car parked with no music. She told me that she’ll call me back in a few hours because it was too loud..I was annoyed because they’re was no background noise.They never called me again. Very disappointed.

Connie is wonderful! She makes you feel comfortable during your electrolysis treatment because she is very personable. She takes her time to explain the process to her clients. Her office is clean and her technique is top notch! Highly recommend!
