Fantastic Nail Salon

While the salon is very clean and the staff adhere to Covid-19 regulations, this was the ABSOLUTE WORST manicure I have ever had. I had tips with ANC, and walked out of the salon with stained fingers (from the ANC powder) and skin around entire nail. The tips look horrible as they are too wide. After I explained wanting them slightly rounded, my request was ignored. I managed to remove most of the stains except for around the nail. My nails seriously look like a child did them. I reshaped them as best I could at home (kind of defeats the purpose of going to the salon for a relaxing manicure). I will not be returning to this place.

Just had my 4th pedi there. Very clean and Pri-Covid. In past I had a young lady (perfect) while owner screamed conversation on Cell. Today I had a male. He had to remove gel first then reg pedi.Total time 30 min. It was the most painful...he obviously didn’t want to be there. When I came in he was laying down. He rushed and hurt like hell. Then stood and waited for me to pay, while I was drying!! I got up paid and couldn’t wait to leave. He saw me leaving, said nothing. A shout of ‘bye’ from in back was not acknowledged by me. I will never go back.

I’m very dissatisfied and they pretended not to understand English it’s pretty sad. I got a polish change and they basically told me I couldn’t get gel and that they could do some dip powder which I didn’t want. My total came to almost $80 and I still left with visible ripples in my toe polish due to very lady work, and uneven poorly done nails. At no point did I mention I am a nail artist myself or get nasty. But I feel extremely cheated and wish I could have my money back because I have to get my nails done again........ after being there almost 2 1/2 hours and tipping because that’s what you should do, not that they deserved it.

With the COVID Requirements they are very clean! Very impressed! Great pedicure!
