Jeremy was the employee I spoke with who made our food at the rt 31 location in cicero. I have spoken to him a few times when we have ordered through doordash and he has always made sure our food is perfect. He deserves praise for sure! Thank you Jeremy for doing a great job always!

You can get to be as creative as you want and they will always get it right. They will be as excited and happy as you are to create it for you. It makes the experience that much more fun.

This location is always dirty. Nothing is made right and the service is terrible. The last 3 times I've been there the worker has been extremely rude and she didnt care much about what I was saying.

Two days in a row I went to get a chicken teriyaki sweet onion sub. The first day I got all the way home and there were no veggies, it was literally a sub full of chicken and it was soggy and disgusting. Today I decided to give them a second chance to do it correctly and it's missing half the veggies and the top part of the bread was falling apart. I couldn't even eat it. I'm so disappointed and will never eat at this location again. My husband also got a sub today and the same thing happened it was extremely soggy and falling apart and had way too much dressing. I do not recommend this location.
