My sisters and my nieces have been going there for about a year or two now. This time they told us to come in at 9:30 instead of our normal 9:00. Out of 8 of us they were able to sit 6 of us for our pedicures. 3 of those 6 weren't even started until 10:30 until they had someone available. 2 of us waited to get seated so we decided to reschedule for the following week. They charged me $100 for the 2 little ones that were with us. They were 7 and 9. They got kids pedicures and gel manicures. I asked if they would be willing to not charge us for one of them because of the wait and that 2 of us had to reschedule. Not to mention there were 3 people they booked for 10:30 that really would have been late if they took the 2 of us that waited. As far as I was concerned they were lucky that we rescheduled or they would have been way behind. When I asked for the no charge of the kids pedicures which were $18 each the manager didn't want to hear it. I explained why I thought they should offer something since we spend money there every month and she put the blame on us for wanting gel pedicures. Well the 3 that were done were regular not gel. 2 of which were the little girls. That had nothing to do with them not have enough people to take the 2 of us they couldn't get in or the 3 people they didn't start until 10:30. I ended up paying the full price because the manager walked away when I pointed out that they hadn't even started my one niece. She went over to her so I had to follow her. Very rude. I told her my family wouldn't be back. They lost the business of 9 people because they weren't willing to accept that they messed up with scheduling.

The woman was very rough with my hands and nails, and left a lot of acrylic on my skin. The color is really pretty but the shape and length of my nails is uneven, and acrylic left on my skin was stuck to the fake nail. She did no cuticle care and seemed to rush through the job.

It was cute, I took my 6 year old niece for a manicure on a auntie niece day and they did really well with her. It was out first time going there and they gave us each a bracelet as a thank you. I thought that was cute. I'll have to go back to check out their pedicures!!!

First time at this location for a pedicure... I went in there with another person and asked for pedicures for each of us. As we just sat in the chair the lady was showing us different packages for pedicures. We mentioned that we just wanted basic pedicure.. she kept trying to push other pedicure packages and was loud enough that other customers were looking over at us. It’s very unprofessional to continue to pressure to select a larger package in front of other customers. We were about to leave but didn’t want to cause more of a scene. We decided not to give her our business for manicures.. won’t be back..

Went in a fill , had long finger nails , she asked if i wanted them shortened, she chopped them off . Bellow my fingers , and they hurt. I feel assaulted. Never going back .
