Clean, quiet, and overall a nice station. However, it is not covered, and there are only two bus-stop-esque shelters, which both have unpleasant smells. There should be three extra exits; one on 3rd street and 2nd street on the westbound side to make it easier for people living east of the station to access westbound trains, and an entrance on the eastbound side at Lester Drive for easier access to the East Rock Gardens apartment complex and surrounding complexes, homes and businesses. Other that that, the trains come at a decent time, there are both east and west bound departures, two ticket machines, clear audible announcements, and functioning schedule boards, so good on the MTA for that.
A station in a quiet spot, but it should really have an entrance at Lester Drive since people park there as well.
