Ticket machines in a bizarre location. Platform waiting room is more of a urine enthusiasts clubhouse. One security guard would have been a more helpfull and cost effective improvement then the new escalator that never shuts up.
Don't use the elevator unless you really have to because it always smells like strong piss. The same thing for the upstairs closed waiting area. There's no security ever upstairs, so be careful when waiting during late nights (usually there's cracked out homeless people upstairs)
I think it's ridiculous that i can't go in waiting room because guys are in their smoking weed! Now I'm out in the cold waiting!
super over priced. I barely ride and I've seen people fall in the gap.
