Lived in the Village over 30 years. Firm but fair Department.

They have harrass my family for the past three months now! Expired inspection ticketed three times within a month! It is harrasment! Over 5 tickets! Smh !

They sent 3 cars to my home and threatened to arrest me for unlawful eviction. When I called to say drugs are being sold by the tenant with photo evidence, they refused to come claiming they'll start an investigation in the coming days. So changing locks gets you 3 cars, selling drugs gets you none. Who are they serving?

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! A very, very kind policeman helped me after I had a flat tire on the Meadowbrook Pkwy and managed to get to Sunrise Highway Gas Station in Freeport. Unfortunately, the station only pumped gas. This wonderful policeman stayed with me, helped me by suggesting we put air in my tire and then offered to even follow me down the road to a place to get the tire fixed. Can't thank you enough!
