We took our granddaughters sweatshirt from her grade school outfit to get a new zipper installed. The man who waited on us said it needed a new header for $10. But, he said, if it needed a new zipper it would cost $25. We said fine, just do the job. We left it with him 5 days ago with $10 paid for the header. We went to pick it up today and saw nothing was done. He said it needed a whole new zipper. We got very angry because we were not even contacted about the whole zipper being replaced....he had our phone number. I think because the $25 was not prepaid for the zipper, he decided not to do the job. Now our granddaughter has to go back to school on Thursday without part of her school uniform. We are not patronizing this business again. Neither should you.
Don't take it there. Messed up my polo coat. They also made a tear in my girlfriend dress when they dry clean it. Never going there again. Beware.
