Very poor customer service. One person said $25 for alterations and when I went to pick up the lady charged $70 dollars no one called before doing the alterations to inform of the change. It was simple alteration for hemming a dress a few inches. Lady was very rude and unprofessional.
I am not one to post reviews, but since I have had the brush off... multiple times, I fear I must leave one.nnWe have lived in the NE Tacoma area for 20 years and for the past roughly 15 years, have been taking my shirts to Foxy Cleaners. Recently, within the past 6 months, I have had 4 shirts come back ripped in the sleeve. I wouldn't have cared if these shirts would have been older, I tend to keep my shirts useful for quite a while, but these were newer shirts. Every time I brought them in to show them, they said it wasn't their fault. Hmmm... I take less then 12 month old shirts to the cleaners with others and they come out ripped. Not sure whose fault this would be, but I am pretty sure it isn't mine. If I have been loyal for 15 years, have an issue and then told... too bad... well, just be warned my friends.nnNot sure if this is new management, new employee or what, but I will not be returning to Foxy Cleaners to have my shirts done again.
This is the first dry cleaners who provide a quick turnaround time. The quality is great and they are very friendly.
They do an excellent job! I have gone to other places and they are by far the best. I trust them and know they will do a good job.
I took some clothing here to have it pressed. I was in a rush that day and, accidentally, I left both a nametag, a schedule, and a booklet with a lot of sensitive info on one of the pockets. I called the very next day to notify them of this, and by then, the items were already gone. I tried going there in person multiple times to attempt and find it, but the items were simply disposed of. Pressing service is good, sure, but I would double check the pockets before dropping something.
