Gordon is the best! He has cleaned our carpets twice now and is always professional, communicative, reasonably priced and friendly. You get your service with the spirit of Aloha ud83cudf34ud83cudf3a. I highly recommend him for any of your carpet & upholstery cleaning needs.
Perfectly clean months after cleaning. Hired them for living room carpet and huge tan couch. My 2 & 3 year old boys ruined the couch and carpet. I wish I had a before photo because it was so gross! He spent 45 min just cleaning the couch with huge ottoman and then did the carpet. No stains came back up. I will say drying time was more than 24 hrs with a fan but I just blocked off the room for two days because I wanted it completely dry before walking on it. Great customer service, good value, very happy with end result.
I am so thankful I contacted Gordon at Aloha Carpet to take care of my whole house carpet cleaning. From the initial contact on Friday last week to today Wednesday - 3 hours, job very well done, below my quoted price and it looks amazing. Gordon was here promptly when he said he would be. He is so nice and very personable but above all else his work speaks for itself - Gordon, thank you! You are amazing and I will highly recommend you to all my friends! You will be hearing from us again next spring for carpet cleaning.
I called Gordon on a Sunday expecting to leave an message and got Gordon himself instead of a machine. I respected that and this told me that I called the right person. He scheduled me for the next day. He was really booked but he knew I had an immediate need and he made it work with his already busy schedule. He showed up on time and was very personable. I actually added some extras tasks not discussed on the phone and he worked it in as well. Gordon is a true professional and cares about what he does. I do know the full details of the situation from the previous review but I would put money on the fact that there is more to that story!!! Like i could just imagine he was told to do it anyways even though he stated he may not be able to get it out. so if that is the case then he should be paid even though the results were not what the person wanted. He should be paid for what he did.
From the initial call to the completion of the work my experience was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating, punctual and professional. But what matters most is was the job well done and with Aloha cleaners I can't imagine another company doing a better and more expedient job at a very decent rate. I will definitely be recommending this company to others.
