My landscaper turned my sprinkler on as my sprinkler guy was so backed up because of Corona it would have been July before he could come. We had a problem with a hose watering a planter/pot. My landscaper could not get the parts he needed. He sent me to East Coast for parts. I felt intimidated with all of the sprinkler guys there. I was wrong. When I showed them what I needed the came to the rescue helping and explaining what needed to be done. They were so helpful, it was great. It was my first experience there and boy was it a good one. Rather than go over to Ace or Home Depot the better choice is a sprinkler supplier. East Coast is the one. Highly recommend.

This place is for the contractor only. It's slow as molasses unless you're the only customer. I needed a part for my back flow preventer. The amiable clerk explained that the prices for the kit had gone wild and it cost $40. After waiting 30 min for the 3 contractors to slowly make their orders (I was a painting contractor and I could never afford to waste this much time ordering paint!), and with my sprinkler out of commission, what could I do? After fixing the problem, I decided to search for the part online. $20 everywhere!!! I was ripped off. You got me this time, but never again.
