There were just a few tweaks that needed to be done on our new windows. Everything was fixed in short order. The technicians were professional and knew their job. Excellent!
I recently worked at Milgard’s production warehouse in Tualatin, Oregon. I can tell you that it would surprise most of you all how apathetic they are about how they treat their employees!nnAlso, their motto is “Simply The Best” but the employees who are actually putting the windows together basically only care about rushing thru as many units as humanly possible, instead of making sure each window is made with the quality they profess to use.nnThey don’t want you to know what kind of quality ACTUALLY goes into the windows they pump out. It’s all about numbers with them folks.
Easiest warranty service ever. Technicians were courteous and professional.
The service guy got here early and finished the job so quickly we hardly knew he had been there -- except that the door is now working!
Called 3 weeks ago to see about a warranty claim and still haven’t heard back. Terrible service from a customer who has purchased Milguars windows and doors for 35 years. Just spent 20k on milguars doors for our new house that I will be cancelling the order on.
