This salon is amazing, the staff is great. They're amazing and make you feel very welcome! Laurie very sweet she took her time to cut my hair she knew how I want it , they all know how to cut hair... GREAT.nThank you so so much love my hair Definitely will go back Very Highly recommend

First, I’d like to let it be known... this has nothing to do with character (elsy) but in fact for salon improvement. Most of us go to a salon for a good lay back and pampering experience.nThe Above expectation experience.( I did not feel that) timing was overly done for an Ombré) process. I had an appt forn4:00 I called before hand to confirmnI can arrive earlier.nTaking into consideration that, it would take a while. I sat for about an hour before they started working on my hair... Feeling annoyed already. Long story short, I was the last customer out of there. Almost 4-5 hours later itnWas now almost 8pm.nthe colorist did try to get me to a color where really was not ideal for a first timenVisit. But hernConvincing me and reassuringnI will love it when I step out of salon... was totally incorrect. ( I hate it)nSecond, the pulling andnWashing of the hair ... kept scratching my neck with nails ... she pulled out the aluminum from my hair...and pulling my hair with comb...if I can give it a zero star I would. It was the most horrible experience I had ever had...I actually wanted to walk out then. But I remained focus and calm. Last was the blowing drying.... the heat coming out of my hair was ridiculous. no movement the ends were fried... and yes, I agree I might’ve needed a trim but I didn’t walk in with my ends Brittled.nI couldn’tnRun out of there fast enough... very unhappy. (The color was the one I specifically told her I didn’t want) brassy!;(nI see is all about making money... I saw ladies come in and out before having focus on me, observed everything and while sitting there fornLong period of time....I did not think it is the “best salon in Long Island” as one of the reviewers mentioned. I think they might’ve lost the passion to making customers feel their best....Is sickening to go to a salon and hairstylist mentioning how much heat my hair needs .. and hownMuch hair I have...how curly ... but then . the phoniness of how “beautiful my hair is” ladies please!!!nThis is my review... hopefully they can change a few things... it does have potential... if u have curly and a lot of hair.... this is NOT the place for you.nGonTo Dominican hairnSalon... they will never fail you.nAnd yes, I only came here from reading reviews and convenience... near my home. Very happy with my experience at Le Look Hair Salon. The staff I met was very nice and welcoming. Elsy went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, she listened and I was very happy with the results of my haircut and color. Excellent customer service, the prices are also reasonable. I will be back!
