Subway

I attempted to order/purchase 3 subs here today 03/30/2021 at approximately 7:10 pm. There was a customer being served by the only employee visible in the store. Upon entering the store, I was told point blank “I am closing after this customer because it has been really slow today”. When I asked why I couldn’t place my order despite the doors being unlocked, the open sign on and all of the meats, cheeses and toppings still out for use, the employee said “I spoke to my manager so its ok, I am closing”. I said “So I can’t order anything?” And was told that was correct. As I was leaving, 2 more families arrived, attempted to order and were turned away. Terrible customer service and I suspect the owner/franchisee would be pretty mad to know this employee was turning away multiple sales when they were supposed to be open...

I ordered a small chicken teriyaki sub and the lady the made my sub was very rude didnt say a word to anything that I was saying to her about my sub being messy she put extra mayonnaise on my sub when I asked to put one line. The veggies that I had on my sub where all over the place falling everywhere and when I mentioned to the lady that sub is messy she didn't say a word no sorry nothing. I would highly recommend not going to this subway very unprofessional.

Ordered 3 small subs and one large. They gave three large and one small. They also completely covered the large subs with onions and peppers after we said no onions or peppers as theyre for little kids. Would give no stars if I could. Never again. Dont waste your money here.

There was a older lady who waited on me this morning. Absolutely top notch and friendly! Didn't catch her name. If she is working I would go back again! :)
