I got the unlimited wash pass. Necessary for the rainy season here. I love it.
This is a great car wash. The attendants are very friendly and I notice the same faces so they must have a good work experience.
I have been going to Brown Bear for a couple years now, because I am too busy to be allocating half of my day to washing and cleaning out the inside of my car. A couple of weeks ago, a family member had recommended I go to Tahoma Car Wash (also nearby) and check it out. While the car wash was cheaper and the vacuums were complimentary, it did not get my car clean in the slightest! The next week I was back at Brown Bear, and the young man working the car wash approached me and offered me a free premium car wash... I can’t make this stuff up! Brown Bear is the best and most hands-free car wash in town. Might I mention I’ve also been to the Elephant Car wash in Federal Way, but the staff is rude and it wasn’t worth the insane price at all!
Got my free car wash today. There was a line, but it was very organized and went quickly. Though they weren't handing them out today, I always enjoy getting a Brown Bear air freshener. Thanks for the wash today.
