Classy Chassy Carwash

I usually have a great experience using this carwash! Been there dozens of times. I went today, paid $14 and all the wash did was put water on my car and I believe what is called the pre-wash, then stopped and the green arrow started blinking and told me to exit. None of the brushes ever moved or anything. I came back around and called the number while informing people that the last one wasn't working correctly. Nobody answered the phone, so I left a message and filled out a form on their website also. Haven't heard anything back yet. I wish there was a cone or something available to let people know that one wasn't working properly, so that more people aren't spending all of that money to not get a wash at all!nnUpdate: Someone got ahold of me and refunded my carwash which I'm thankful for, but I wish there was a way to let other people know that the wash is out of order until someone is able to come work on it.

Good people to do business with.

Vacuum was weak. Definitely didnt get everything even after 2 cycles. The car wash was weak too. Still had a crazy amount of bugs on the front of car. So not a very good experience.

None of the dollar bill slots work.

paid $12 for my car wash and i get home to look and my car isn’t even clean. there’s still dirt and bird droppings all over my car. how are you a car wash and you can’t even wash them properly? has happened to me twice now at this wash and will never use again.
