While driving home I glanced at my hands on the steering wheel and my nails were all different shapes an dirty.  At the same time I was passing a Nail Store called Perfect Nails & Spa.  Did a U-turn into a new life experience?  First thing I noticed was it did not smell like I thought a nail salon might smell (like chemicals).  Being a guy, I did not know how/or if I would fit in.  The relaxing atmosphere, was calming with friendly welcoming banter.  They asked what I wanted done, and I remember saying, just trim the nails.  I was introduced to new terms, like manicure (mani) and the many different ways that nails could be done.  I was impressed with how sanitary the environment was, and with the threat of Covid, it was reassuring to see high standards.  Great customer service, great management and to top it off, I fell in love with the experience.  Thank you Leslie and Team.  Regards, Marc

The lady that did my nails I feel like she didn’t know how to do the powder. I went camping and didn’t beak a single nail. I got my nails done here and I broke 4 nails in 3 days after getting them done doing the simplest things.

Went to this place a few weeks ago & my experience wasn't what it should have been as a customer. I felt racially profiled, i was told to pay before i got my color on my nails & feet. But 4 non colored women were able to get both their nails and feet done painted and dried before paying and exiting the building. I will NOT be back and wouldnt encourage anyone of color to fund this establishment. The whole time the woman that was doing my nails was talking about me in their language and looking at me making side comments. The experience was unprofessional and i dont appreciate spending my hard earned money in a place im not welcome. Nails were also rush painted when there was no one after me. Smh
