Beauty Nails

i used to visit this nail shop before covid hit. i've been a customer for 2 years. i went back last week and was not happy. my nail polish was smudging and i spent 2 hours waiting for it to dry. they were hurrying to get customers out of there so more could come in. i believe they had more customers in the shop then what was allowed in this time of Covid.i will go back

Love this shop. They are so nice here and they do an awesome job. I highly recommend them.

Awful, sloppy job. I paid $50 for very uneven acrylics last night. Every nail is a noticeably different length. They look horrible. Nail polish is on my skin on almost every finger. I even pointed out they were different lengths more than once during the manicure. They kept assuring me they weren’t. They didn’t do my cuticles. They didn’t do a hot towel or lotion or anything. I won’t be coming here ever again. I paid $15 more than I usually do at other nail salons for the worst acrylics of my life. I honestly might go to a different salon to get these removed and redone they look so bad. Prices are bad. Customer service is bad. Size and cleanliness of the salon is bad. The actual nails are bad. Learn from my mistake and don’t go here.

I’m giving two stars because my mom and daughter got their toes done and they turned out good HOWEVER i got my nails done and asked for ombré. The nail tech instructed me to pick out the colors i wanted, started the process, said the matte would blend the colors together and it didn’t and then proceeded to say that i needed the powder for ombré. Well i told her what i wanted and she did something different all together and i said i wasn’t happy. Long story short i went to another salon immediately after leaving this salon to have my nails fixed.
