Classy Nail

I asked the lady kindly if she could sterilize the tools she was about to use on me since she didn’t clean them from the last person. She cleaned them but gave me an attitude the entire time. I got a basic white acrylic set and this lady charged me $80 y’all. I normally still leave a tip no matter how much something cost but she had the nerve to say to me “leave tip” after she had an attitude with me the entire time. If you’re going to pay $80 go to infinity nail salon.

They were very nice. My nails look amazing she made sure that the nails were as close to perfect as they can get and that the lines are clean that the shape is perfect.nI felt bad because I’m a shy person so I wasn’t talking through a lot of it but they were still very nice to me and made sure that my nails looked amazing

The customer service here is not the best. Definitely felt uncomfortable while dealing with two of the staff. I usually go to Darling Nails near Southcenter but wanted to try something different. Won’t be coming back. Henry was great but that was it!

Very meticulous staff (in a good way)! I set an appointment over the phone. I also saw them sanitize their tables ans chairs after every customer. Staff were wearing masks and face shields.
