Not bad comminication goes a long way, didnt get the drivers name he was driving safe.

On February 7th 2021. The driver [ white Toyota, Rav4 xlg lic plate # T7834020 ] tried to rip me off of five dollars. My phone automatically records telephone conversations. When the receptionist told me that the price to my destination is 60 dollars. (I normally tip drivers 7 to 10 dollars anyhow)nnThis driver requested for 65dollars. Upon me telling him that it was said to me that 60 dollars was the distance fee for this service ride. To confirm I contact the office again just to address the issue. The driver then said yes its 60dollars and he harrassed me to pay him now before he drop me off to my destination.nnI said when you get me to my location I will pay you I'm not given you my money in this storm and you leave me stranded. He then stop and pull over to the side. And demanding me to pay him before he gets onto the highway.nn(Honestly I never experienced service like that before, you pay before we go)nnI then contacted the office and asked them why is he (driver)stopping he then pretended like doesn't understand English thank God for my ethnicity my family are Spanish speaking people. So the receptionist hung up the phone in my face. The driver then drove me back where he picked me up from. On my way back to my family house my brother schedule a ride for UBER and they came right away ; less than 2mins and CHARGED 40Dollars...nnSo in all I SAVED 20dollars. On top met a new friend who turns out to be a Pastor. An got my vehicle out of the shop in time before they closed due to the storm Sunday. Despite I missed work due to Universal negative delays. God work in mysterious ways.nnUniversal negative and horrible service. Turns out to be a great positive for me in the end.nnJust to think as a young woman, in this storm universal thought that they were going to make my day hard an a tempt to cheat me out of 5 more extra dollars. When I thought about this it made me angry. But I still humble myself and The Lord I serve sent me a Knight in UBER.nnMy cousin is an officer at the 49 precinct an I let her know about your company as well. I will make sure that you guys are under there radar.nnTo the fellow people who are reading this reviews be safe and don't get cheated out. In hopes that this helps. Take Care

Our driver Taj was extremely unprofessional, he screamed and cursed at us. He did not seem to know accurate pick up/drop off times. He tried to SCAM us for more money due to his incompetency and did not complete our ride home resulting in us being stranded. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

Stranded us on the way back. Demanded cash up front and never refunded us for the way back. Avoid at all costs. Our driver Taj was reckless and a complete jerk. Avoid at all costs.
