I highly recommend Mcdonald Plumbing. John responds to calls very quickly. He works quickly and neatly. He is very knowledgeable about all things plumbing related. He even identified a small problem of which I was unaware and fixed it for me. Do not be in any doubt at all to use this business.
Our second service call with McDonald Plumbing in the last twelve months and both have been exceptional. Great knowledge of his work and thoroughly explains what he is doing and why. Very efficient in getting the work done. Had a repair under the kitchen sink and I think he left the area cleaner than when he started. Highly recommend to any Albany County homeowner.
A job well done by a very professional and extremely knowledgable local plumber. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue with our well pump and replace the parts needed including some ancient electrical components in our cellar. Highly recommend.
Called receptionist couldn't talk or communicate. After 5 minutes of trying to explain , told her to forget I called. Sorry she really wasn't listening or helpful. Hope she improves or was just having a bad day
