Why are there reviews for a bus depot? it's like reviewing a sidewalk. It needs to be there in order to have busses come and go. You need a bus station? It's a bus station. There you go. I give it three stars.nnThe Classical music pumped in over the public address system 24/7 is really unnessary and a rather smug gesture. We're traveling from gritty bergen county to Bum central on 8th ave. I don't think it's making us more high minded or sophisticated. kind of like serving up a dollar slice on a velvet pillow. It's definetely not calming the bums down or driving them away.

Multi floored Bus Station. Download MyTerminal which will guide which terminal to use. Come out side and you will see nice views. Time Square is very near by.

This place is a filthy disgrace for a hub of transportation. (Other than the bathrooms. They're decent)nPlease, for the love of God, make a seating area for people waiting,or eating! Theres no place to sit if you're delayed!

This is the perfect example of what New York City is. A million people jammed together, rushing to get somewhere. The Port Authority is laid out like a cross between a museum and a shopping center.nnIt is a very insane place. Sometimes it can be fun, and sometimes it is almost terrifying to be there. If you suffer from any kind of anxiety or claustrophobia, avoid this place!!!

An inevitable stop for most of us who live in NJ but work in NY. Unfortunately this place is always full of homeless people which makes if feel constantly dirty. The bus gates are pretty hard to find and good luck finding someone that'll help or even give you the right information. They only get the 3rd star because during rush hour they're pretty good at calling extra buses to keep the lines moving.
