Felix charged me $10 to make a key copy because he said it was double sided. I got to the hardware store down the street and they said it wasn’t double sided and charged me $2.50. When I went back to Felix about this he wouldn’t give me my money back. I said Felix I’ve been coming here for a year, why would you rip me off like this. He said I don’t care about your business and I’m not giving you your money back.nnThe store is a mess, they make up prices, employees don’t even know how to use the cash register. The keys people have made I’ve had to go back because they don’t work. It’s open because it’s the only one nearby but the place is horrible.
