I needed someone to tell me what the sewer smell was in the unused bathroom. I wasn't sure if I needed an emergency callout or not, and my plumber was out of town. When I called Desert Plumbing I was kind of frantic, and the man who answered the phone was so nice! He was calm and kind and told me what he believed the issue was, which was as easy as turning on the faucet in the bathtub because the p-trap had dried due to non-use. It worked, saved me a bunch of money, and made me super happy! Thank you, Desert Plumbing! If they will be that kind with a non-paying customer, they must be awesome!
Mel Terry of Desert Plumbing has done all of my plumbing work for nearly five years, and I highly recommend him and his business. His rates are honest and reasonable, and he's been very responsive to my plumbing needs. He doesn't cut corners or do a "good enough" job; when he fixes or installs something, I know that it's done RIGHT. (If only I could award more stars than five….)
I wouldn't use another plumber! Mel takes great care of his customers and is always fair and reasonable.
