We found Walter via internet search. We were shopping for a home from another State. We felt very comfortable with Walter right from the start. He was enthusiastic and answered all of our questions. We found a home within a few days and Walter was completely on top of everything the entire way through escrow. We counted on Walter to look the home over since we would not arrive in town until after escrow closed. He was very responsive through the entire process and he was very organized. This was our 4th home purchase over the years. We have never had a realtor who was as good at their job as Walter. He is very knowledgeable and fun to work with.
