I have had both the man that works there, sorry I didn’t catch his name, and this time, Molly! Both times I got what I asked for and they were prompt with their service. Molly did a really exceptional job and I will request her for next time! Love the atmosphere of music playing and clean bright environment. Prices are reasonable for the quality!
Wayyyyyyyy overpriced. I’ve been getting acrylic on my nails for 25yrs and also have a cosmetology license.. there are certain types of acrylic that are inexpensive and can do major damage to your natural nails. I have never in my life had an experience where acrylic left my nails in the shape they have been in ever since I let them off. No matter what I do, they are not getting better and I’m having to wait it out til they grow all the way out. They have to be using this type of acrylic. It’s very dangerous and can do way worse to you than ruin your natural nails. Plenty of other nail salons around.. I do not recommend, sadly...
Beautiful inside and LOTS of booths. It was the fastest I've ever been in and out at a nail salon, WITH good quality also.
I originally had a appointment for 12:15pm. I called to reschedule because life happens and had a family emergency. I called the main line talked to a man and asked him to please move my appointment out. Common courtesy so I was not a no show. Made a new appointment over the phone for 1:15. I showed up to the Somersworth location I made the appointment for and the lady at the front desk said I had no appointment and to come back 45 minutes. No big deal I guess went and did some errands. Come back for 2pm appointment. No one greets me at the door. Then finally a lady told me what do I want done pointed me to nail color wall. I continue to sit here still waiting for my nail appointment. It is now 2:21. Still have not been assisted yet. Another lady came in for her nails at 2pm for appointment (when I had one too) and got sat right away. This is beyond ridiculous. One good thing I can say it’s a very clean nail salon. But service is beyond far from perfect.
