I saw a listing (very few pictures or information) on realtor.com and requested information through there with a few questions. I received an email response answering none of my questions and just asking what my credit score was and what my income was. I replied that I had questions before I released any personal information, to which I got an automated response back that the agent was out of the office. I called the realty office and I said I wanted information about the listing and the guy laughed and said it was already gone. Instead of asking if he could help me look for something else like I expected he just hung up. Definitely will not be working with them.

I called inquiring about a two bedroom available, explained how many would be occupying and was told that it wouldn’t work, because that’s too many people. ( two adults, a 7 y/o and a baby under the age of 1. I requested an explanation as how this is too many people, and was told the apartment was above an office and they don’t want children running around and got a “sorry” and then hung up on. This is very unprofessional, and quite frankly feels very discriminatory. Two heartbeats per bedroom is how my previous leasing property i WORKED at worked. And per fair housing, denying based on familial status is going against fair housing laws.n.

Summerview Real Estate is one of the leaders in commercial real estate in southern NH and MA. I have been working with my dad for quite some time and I have never seen him loose a dime. Steve has almost 50 years of experiences in investment property and running successful business.

What a Great Business. I can’t say enough Good things about this team. My Fiancé and I just bought our first home from Summerview RE and we are so happy that the people were genuinely kind and helpful throughout the process. They even go above and beyond to make to sure you are happy. I hope to do all/any of my future real estate business with this company and I hope the Best wishes for the Owner and family of this establishment.
