Thank you for the quick response! 630 Sunday morning had water cascading into my bathroom from the guy above me maintenance arrived and took care of the issue cleaned up ran fans and dehumidifier. All the walls and ceiling were repaired better than what they were and I got a new vanity as well. Nice clean work too.

Rented for little over a year. Couldn't Wait to move out!! I went 7weeks with no heat in my bedroom, no light in the bathroom it kept shorting out!! Rotted floorboards. Slum loards!! I had too steam clean the rugs before moving in they were stained and stunk like urine! They left a sofa and recliner in the apartment that I had to put on Craigslist to get rid of them. I'd never rent from them again!!
