Just moved in a few weeks ago but I love it. Meagan worked with my odd requests and requirements and found me the perfect unit. It’s big. It’s quiet. It’s all new carpeting and floors. The staff have always been pleasant and friendly, which is huge when you haven’t rented in years. I look forward to sitting out on the walkout or hitting one of the gorgeous pools this summer! Recommend highly.

I moved into The Fairways this past week. The unit that my husband and I ended up choosing is perfect for us. The leasing team in the office helped me along the way and had us moving into the unit a week later. The building that we are living in is very quiet. Everyone in the building I have met has been very nice. It took us a long time to actually pick an apartment to move into and we are glad that we went with The Fairways! Both my dogs have lived in houses before and moving to a complex I was concerned they would not adjust well. I could not have been more wrong, they absolutely love it!

Would highly recommend! Great option for new couples. Lived here for two years, great location in Derry convenient to everything. The size and layout of the apartment was perfect and we took advantage of the amenities offered especially the gym which was a great setup for a quick workout. We even got a referral fee for referring another resident!

The Fairways was a great place to call home while we were newly married and with our first baby! We enjoyed having laundry in our building, nice walking trails nearby, and the office staff was always so helpful when needed!

Meagan Johnson has been incredibly helpful with every step, from showings, to moving in, our bunches of questions with it being our first apartment. Would highly recommend The Fairways and working with Meagan.
