I've been going to Taco Bell every Friday for a while and the last 2 weeks have been absolutely gross. I order 3 soft Tacos and they have been soaking wet. The bread wrap is mush! I don't know what happened, but the food isn't even edible.nI tried calling but of course no answer!!! Go back to what you did 3 weeks ago so I can enjoy my tacos again!!!!

Hard to comprehend how when I order a 2 chalupa meal , a bean burrito, and 1 taco supreme... I receive 6 tacos and 1 bean burrito all to which are colder than the 2 beverages I ordered with my meal. It would be smart for who ever owns this restaurant to get a hold of a staff who wont squander away customers and provide a halfway decent service. Cold food at a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT

Love to eat at taco bell late nights when my wife and I are too tired to make anything. Usually great service, but last two times I have gone through drive through I have got home missing taco. I shouldn't have to review my order in a busy drive through to trust the workers, but rex always makes sure I am taken care of my next visit which I appreciate

I routinely have missing items and I asked to do 2 seperate orders and they said no I need to drive around again. I worked fast food and food service fore 8+ years, this isn't hard to do. And to make it better I got to the window and the guy was so unprofessional with his language. It was embarrassing
