The man making my salad tonight wasn’t wearing a mask and was hanging his sweaty head a foot above my food. I asked if masks were required and he ignored me. I asked again and he rudely replied “nope”. I can’t even eat my meal because I’m too nervous. I will never be going back to this subway again and maybe not even another subway until this pandemic is completely over. I’m disgusted that they care that little about their customers health. Very disappointed.
I pulled up at 750pm and they were shutting off the lights and doors locked. Online it says open until 9pm and the door of the store is conveniently blank for closing on sunday night.
Great! No formula fixed. It is a joke after our experience in a subway of Washington.
The manager Victoria is great! She was very understanding to an awful incident we had at a Subway inside of a Walmart around 08:00 PM today.. Apparently our cashier’s name was Travis and he was very intimidating and completely unprofessional.. If only there were more locations like this store next to Five Guys, our other favorite restaurant! We love the Derry Plaza restaurants and are grateful to see such great customer service here at this Subway , not to mention better food than the location at Walmart in Derry, NH.
Says they open at 9am. Went to this location at 927a. Not even open yet! Saw a person walk in the dark building at 930a. Did not open by 945a so I left.
