Staff not wearing masks properly across the nose or practicing hand hygiene. Staff member stated they do not offer pick up of orders despite me having a confirmation of the order.
I went last week and there was only one staff poor lady was doing the best she could there was a line out of the door the cucumbers and lettuce we’re all wilted and discolored the pickles were dry and didn’t taste fresh and the tuna tasted really bad when I went to fill my drink there was so much soda syrup and soda spilled on the floor I couldn’t pick my feet up from the sticky residue I will never return to this location ever again it was disgusting
My wife and I walked in, There is a person behind the counter making a sub. My wife has been standing at the counter for over five minutes and he still hasn't acknowledged her yet. Extremely rude and that is probably why there isn't anyone here.
Horrible experience. Girl behind the counter was rude and the subs were horrible. She tossed that sub around like a rag doll. She immediately threw my receipt in the trash and I asked for it, she grabbed it out of the trash and tried to hand it back to me. I had her reprint another copy. I know why, she knew that I would leave a bad review. The day that I went in was 10/06 at 3:29pm served by employee 913. She won't make it but I can only blame the people who trained her.
